1) California Basic Skills Requirement 

The Basic Skills Requirement can be satisfied the CBEST or by submitting scores from college entrance exams or AP exams (details here)

Practice Tests for CBEST Math, Reading and Writing.

Computer-Based Testing By appointment, year-round, Monday through Saturday (excluding some holidays). Test appointments are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and seating is limited. Check appointment availability.

$99 for each subtest

You may register to take any one subtest in a single test session.

Subtest I (211): 35 multiple-choice questions and 3 constructed-response questions

Subtest II (212): 35 multiple-choice questions and 3 constructed-response questions

Subtest III (213): 30 multiple-choice questions and 2 constructed-response questions
